2. What does “Solhavn” mean?
Our name comes from the Latin roots of Sol (sun) and Havn (home). It reflects our mission to bring light, warmth, and intentional living into every space.
3. How is your furniture made?
Each piece is custom made to order by our trusted manufacturers, with a focus on minimalistic design, durable materials, and fine finishes. We personally vet and maintain strong relationships with our partners to ensure lasting quality.
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Lead times vary depending on the piece, but most orders take 6–10 weeks from confirmation to delivery. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process so you always know where your order is.
5. Why are your prices more affordable than other high-end furniture brands?
By working directly with our vetted manufacturers and streamlining our logistics, we’re able to offer premium-quality furniture without the inflated retail markups.
6. Do you offer ready-to-ship items?
Currently, most of our pieces are made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste. Occasionally, we may have selected items in stock for faster shipping - these will be clearly marked on our site.
7. What if my furniture arrives damaged or faulty?
We take great care in packaging and logistics. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos, and we will arrange a solution promptly within 3 business days.
8. Can I customise the furniture?
Yes - many of our pieces can be tailored in terms of dimensions, finishes, or fabrics. Reach out to our team before placing your order, and we’ll work with you to create a piece that suits your space.
9. What is your return policy?
As each piece is custom made to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if there’s an issue with craftsmanship or damage in transit, we’ll make it right.
